Mazda "Kodo" Design at big hit at the LA Auto Show

Mazda took the opportunity of the 2015 LA Auto Show to unveil their 2017 Mazda CX-9.  The Mazda CX-9 is a three row, seven seat CUV, and is the largest vehicle in the Mazda line.

What Mazda has accomplished is to create vehicle that is exceptionally stylish, yet with the functionality you would expect from a utility vehicle.  The 2017 CX-9 will feature a long nose, the distinctive Mazda grill, and wheels that sit at the edge.

The 2017 Mazda CX-9 will also be offered with a turbo-charge engine, called the SkyActiv-G 2.5T.  The hope is that this engine will be available across the Mazda line in the near future.  The initial specs boast 250 horsepower with 310 pound/feet of torque.

The interior features options like Napa leather upholstery, Rosewood trim, and a 7-inch touchscreen infotainment system.  The look is that of a vehicle costing thousands more than the expected price.

The 2017 Mazda CX-9 is expected to go on sale next spring.  Be sure to check back at Lujack Mazda for availability.
